Beijing ShouJia Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. descended from former Beijing Real Estate Appraisal institute after reformation. Beijing Real Estate Appraisal Institute, which was founded in August 1992, is an institution directly under the Beijing Municipal Land Resources and Housing Administration. It takes the function of the Real Estate Appraisal technology management and industry management instead of the Beijing Municipal Land Resources and Housing Administration. To better serve the society, it set up Beijing ShouJia Investment Management Co., Ltd., Beijing ShouJia Associated Investment Consultation Co., Ltd., Beijing ShouJia Lianxin Real Estate Brokering Co., Ltd., Beijing ShouJia Associated Asset Evaluation Co., Ltd., Beijing ShouJia LianCheng Real Estate Survey Co., Ltd. and Beijing ShouJia Investment Management Co., Ltd. respectively. What is more, it cooperated with some assessment companies, which are transformed from some assessment agencies directly under which is the original Housing and Land Management Department, to set up National League of cities land valuation.
